The Dagger Defense Medical Division is the lifeline of Dagger Defense Industries. DDMD ensures that DDI personnel come home alive. From frontline combat medics keeping operators in the fight, to hospital ship crews handling mass casualty events, DDMD provides critical medical support across every theater of operation.

DDMD responsibilities include:

• Combat Medical Support — Embedded medics deploy alongside ground and space combat units, providing immediate trauma care under fire.

• Hospital Ship Operations — Crew and manage DDI's medical vessels, serving as mobile surgical and recovery platforms during extended operations.

• Field Medical Training — Train DDI personnel in buddy-aid, triage procedures, and casualty response so every member has baseline lifesaving skills.

• Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) — Coordinate and execute the extraction of wounded personnel from hostile environments.

• Medical Supply Management — Maintain and distribute medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and supplies across DDI's operational footprint.
